What sets us apart
Not your average chiropractic clinic
Most chiropractic clinics run on volume — ten-minute adjustments, assembly-line pace, same treatment every visit. That's not what we do. We're a rehab-focused clinic built for patients who want their pain solved, not managed.
Longer, hands-on visits
Most visits include 30+ minutes of direct treatment time. We don't rush adjustments. We spend the time to actually address what's wrong.
Full evaluation first
Every new patient gets a thorough history, orthopedic exam, and movement assessment before treatment begins. We don't guess — we diagnose.
Built for active people
We specialize in athletes, active adults, and patients recovering from injury. The goal is always to get you moving better — not just to take the pain away.
Integrated recovery tools
Chiropractic, ART, shockwave, HEIT, compression, and massage — all under one roof. We use the right tool for your specific injury, not just what we have.
The techniques we use
Diversified · Drop Table · Activator · ART · Graston
We're trained in multiple adjusting techniques and soft tissue methods — so treatment can be adapted to your body, your injury, and your comfort level. Whether you want a classic manual adjustment or prefer gentler, instrument-assisted care, we build the approach around you.
Our approach
How we treat every patient
The same four-step framework runs through every case — whether you're in for acute back pain, chronic sciatica, a sports injury, or pregnancy discomfort.
- 1
Assess the cause
Full orthopedic and movement evaluation. We identify the specific joints, muscles, and nerves involved — not just where it hurts.
- 2
Treat the root
Targeted adjustments, soft tissue work, and therapeutic modalities based on what your exam shows. Every treatment addresses a specific finding.
- 3
Rebuild stability
Corrective movement and rehab strategy so the problem doesn't keep coming back. This is what separates rehab care from symptom management.
- 4
Sustain results
Once you're feeling better, we help you stay that way. Maintenance care is optional — but many active patients benefit from it long-term.

Your first visit
What to expect at your first appointment
New patient visits are 45 minutes. You'll leave your first visit with a clear explanation of what's going on — and treatment to start resolving it.
First
Review & assessment
We review your full health history and go through a complete orthopedic and movement exam. This is where we figure out what's actually wrong — not just where it hurts.
Then
Treatment that day
Most patients receive 30+ minutes of hands-on treatment during the first visit. This may include spinal adjustments, soft tissue work, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities based on what the exam shows.
After
Your plan
Before you leave, we'll give you a clear plan — how many visits we expect, what to do between appointments, and what improvement should look like. No surprises and no over-treating.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral to be seen?
No. California law allows you to see a chiropractor directly without a referral from your primary care physician. Just book online or call us.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans. If you're not sure whether your plan is accepted, call or text (747) 245-5421 before booking and we'll verify your benefits for you. This takes only a few minutes and removes any guesswork about cost.
How long until I start feeling better?
It depends on the condition. Many patients feel meaningful improvement within the first 3–5 visits, especially for acute injuries. More chronic or complex cases may require a structured plan of 6–12 visits. At your first appointment, we'll give you a realistic timeline based on what we find — not a one-size-fits-all package.
How long is the first visit?
45 minutes. This includes the full health history review, orthopedic exam, movement assessment, and your first treatment. Most follow-up visits run 15–30 minutes depending on what's needed.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing you can move in easily. Avoid heavy jeans, belts, or dresses. Athletic wear or loose clothing works best — we need to evaluate movement and access certain areas for soft tissue work.
Do I have to crack my neck? Is adjusting safe?
No. We offer multiple adjusting techniques — including drop table, activator, and instrument-assisted methods — that don't involve the traditional "crack." We'll discuss options with you and always match the technique to your comfort level and clinical needs. Chiropractic adjustment performed by a licensed DC is considered very safe for appropriate patients.
I was in a car accident — can you help?
Yes. We bill auto insurance directly (MedPay and PIP) and work with personal injury cases. Early evaluation matters — soft tissue injuries often don't fully present for 24–72 hours after an accident. Call us to get scheduled as soon as possible.
Can I get chiropractic during pregnancy?
Yes. Dr. Hetal is Webster Certified and specializes in prenatal chiropractic. Care is gentle, trimester-adapted, and safe at every stage of pregnancy. Many expecting patients start care for back pain, hip pain, sciatica, or general pelvic discomfort.
