Licensed bodywork team
Massage that actually fixes things
Five experienced bodywork providers — four certified massage therapists and one certified Rolfer. Every session is therapeutic, customized, and results-driven. No cookie-cutter routines, no sixty-minute rubs that don't go anywhere.

Stephanie
Massage Therapist
Stephanie has been working in chiropractic and clinical settings since 2013, and her approach reflects that experience — therapeutic results delivered in a way that's actually relaxing. She incorporates deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and Swedish techniques and adapts every session to what your body needs that day.

Rhea
Massage Therapist
With 14 years of experience, Rhea brings an intuitive, deeply attuned approach to every session. She specializes in customized work that addresses your specific problem areas — with a style that's fluid, continuous, and works progressively deeper without forcing it. Patients consistently describe her work as both therapeutic and genuinely relaxing.

Pilar
Massage Therapist
Pilar brings a rare combination of skills to the table — a Master's in Exercise Science from Portugal and years of hands-on massage therapy experience across Europe and the US. She understands how the body moves, why it compensates, and how to address the muscular patterns behind your pain. Sessions with Pilar are therapeutic, personalized, and genuinely effective.

Victor
Certified Rolfer & Holistic Bodywork Specialist
Victor brings a rare combination of formal Rolfing training, 5-element acupuncture certification, and 20 years of creative discipline to every session. His approach is deeply intuitive, structurally focused, and tailored to each individual — drawing on a diverse toolkit that includes visceral manipulation, biomagnetic therapy, cupping, and sound healing.
Find the right bodyworker for your body
Every provider here adapts their session to what you actually need that day — whether that's deep therapeutic work, relaxation after a stressful week, sports recovery, or structural integration.
About Rolfing (structural integration)
Rolfing is not massage — it's a distinct 10-session structural therapy that systematically releases fascial tension throughout the body to improve posture, alignment, and chronic movement patterns. If you're dealing with chronic structural pain or want to understand why your body feels the way it does, Rolfing may be the right fit.
Not sure which provider is the right fit?
Give us a quick call and describe what's going on. We'll match you with the bodyworker whose style and specialty fit your body, your schedule, and what you want out of the session — relaxation, recovery, pain relief, or structural work.
