Understanding neck pain
What's going on
Neck pain is often dismissed as tension or stress, but in most cases there's a structural cause. Cervical vertebrae that are misaligned or restricted in their movement put pressure on surrounding discs, facet joints, and nerve roots. Over time, this creates a pain cycle that doesn't resolve on its own — especially with the postural demands of modern life. Chiropractic care targets the mechanical dysfunction directly, not just the surface tension.
Our approach
How Chiropractic Care Addresses Neck Pain

We start with a full cervical spine assessment to identify which joints are restricted, where alignment is off, and whether there's nerve involvement. Treatment includes cervical adjustments to restore normal motion, soft tissue release for tight neck and shoulder muscles, postural correction guidance for screen and phone use, and therapeutic modalities for nerve inflammation. If disc involvement is present, we may combine adjustments with decompression therapy. Most patients experience significant relief within the first 3–5 visits, though care plans are individualized based on the severity and history of your condition.
Chiropractic care for neck pain may be appropriate if you have cervical stiffness or restricted range of motion, radiating symptoms into the shoulder or arm, tension headaches or cervicogenic headaches, or neck pain related to poor posture, disc degeneration, or injury. We accept most major insurance and offer self-pay rates. All new patients receive a full evaluation before treatment begins.
