What to Expect During Treatment
Your visit begins with Focused Shockwave Therapy applied to the primary area of concern — targeting injured or irritated tissue to stimulate healing and reduce pain.
This is followed by approximately 20 minutes of HEIT therapy, which uses high-energy electromagnetic stimulation to relax muscles, improve circulation, and support recovery without direct skin contact.
Why Combine Shockwave and HEIT?
Shockwave addresses localized tissue damage and chronic pain points. HEIT helps calm surrounding muscles and improve overall movement patterns. Using both in the same session allows for faster recovery, improved mobility, and longer-lasting relief compared to either treatment alone.
Who This Treatment Is Best For
This treatment is commonly used for chronic tendon pain, muscle tightness, sports injuries, post-workout recovery, and conditions that haven't fully responded to standard care alone.
