Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that uses smooth, rounded tools to gently scrape the skin and underlying tissues — releasing muscle tension, improving circulation, and supporting lymphatic drainage.
Gua Sha is especially effective for areas of chronic tightness, inflammation, and stress, helping the body heal by increasing blood flow and reducing stagnation in the tissues. It can be performed on the body for muscle and joint complaints or on the face as a gentle rejuvenation therapy.
This service is cash only at $80 and is not covered by insurance. Gua Sha may leave temporary redness or marks on the skin that can last a few days — this is normal and expected.

Muscle Tension Relief
Gua Sha helps release deep muscle tension by breaking up adhesions and improving circulation in tight or overworked areas. This makes it especially effective for chronic neck, shoulder, back, and hip tension, as well as stiffness related to stress, posture, or repetitive movement.
Improved Circulation & Recovery
By increasing blood flow and lymphatic movement, Gua Sha supports the body's natural healing process. This enhanced circulation can reduce inflammation, speed recovery from physical activity, and promote healthier tissue function throughout the treated areas.
Whole-Body Balance & Relaxation
Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, Gua Sha helps restore balance within the body by reducing stagnation and promoting healthy energetic flow. Patients often experience deep relaxation and improved overall well-being following treatment, making it beneficial for both physical recovery and stress management.
