About this service
Exam and Treatment for first time patients. This visit provides 45 minutes for comprehensive evaluation and treatment.
What to Expect
Your First visit will include a review of your history and your present complaints.
After your intake, we usually have about half hour or more worth of treatment time. During this time we will provide therapy and/or Chiropractic Adjustments, to try and leave you feeling relief.
Prior to your appointment
Prior to your first appointment, please fill out the online intake form located at the top of our webpage.
If you plan on using insurance, be sure to fill out that information early on our intake, or contact the office so we can verify your benefits.
Wear something comfortable and non restrictive so we can work on you and keep you comfortable.
Parking and Office information
Parking is free and located right behind the office. If traveling on Magnolia blvd, Head North on Cordova. You will see the parking lot on the left behind a chain link fence. Park anywhere in there.
Our office is located in the middle of the Courtyard. Be careful crossing the ally between the parking and our office, people drive too fast.
