Cindy is a Los Angeles native with a deep passion for movement and helping others. She took her first Pilates class in 2008 and instantly fell in love with the art of Pilates. As a credentialed elementary school educator, Cindy decided to merge her love for teaching with her love for movement by becoming a certified Pilates instructor.
She strongly believes Pilates is the ultimate self-care experience, as it requires a high level of mind-body connection and concentration. Cindy fine tunes programming to maximize athletic pursuits, in addition to setting a strong foundation for beginners. Using an integrated approach, her sessions are tailored to the individual with modifications and variations suitable for all ages and body types.
