Dr. Kaylan Lane DC
Born and raised in Los Angeles, from an early age Dr. Kaylan Lane always knew
that she would pursue a career in the medical field. So medicine combined with her
dedication for sports and movement lead her down the path of sports medicine. Dr. Lane
graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Kinesiology with an
emphasis in Exercises and Movement Sciences in 2016.
After her undergraduate studies, Dr. Lane returned to Los Angeles where she pursued a
career as a Master Personal Trainer where she serviced a wide range of members with
different programs to help members with weight lost, strength training, and rehabilitation
and corrective training. She also specified in training with members dealing with injuries
or disabilities to optimize movement and mobility through corrective exercise and
functional strength training.
While working as a master personal trainer, she also worked as a Physical Therapy Aide
where she worked in a multidisciplinary clinic and collaborated with Physical Therapist
and Chiropractors in various therapeutic and functional, hands-on therapy practices to
help with athletic sports management, patient recovery, and preventative care.
Dr. Lane started her chiropractic career in 2019 and attended Southern California
University of Health Sciences and obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2022.
During her time at SCUHS, she started studying the Gonstead Method. Attending
numerous workshops and seminars, she hopes to continue to provide care to her
community as a Gonstead Chiropractor. She started her own mobile bodywork and
wellness business during this time, where she uses her experience and certifications in
myofascial techniques (myofascial decompression, trigger point release, IASTM, etc.) to
provide clients with a well-rounded experience at home.
