Dr. Clayton Blanchette DC
Dr. Clayton Blanchette DC CSCS graduated from UCLA with a Pre-Med degree in Physiological Science and has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist for the past 20 years specializing in athletic performance. He attended Palmer West College of Chiropractic and did a residency through the Dept of Defense in the US Navy treating Navy Pilots, Special Forces and Marines and was also involved in combat conditioning. He has been Active Release Certified for the past 10 years being Advanced Full Body and Master's Certified Provider as well as being part of the ART IRONMAN treatment team multiple years for the IRONMAN World Championships in Kona HI.
He is focused on both Functional Pain Relief and improving biomechanics to increase performance in both everyday life and various athletic activities. Having treated and helped patients from weekend warriors, Crossfitters up to having treated Olympic athletes that went on to win Gold in their respective sport. Most recently shifting his focus to musicians and vocal athletes, helping them maintain a high level of performance under their specific demands.
As an avid gym goer since high school, Dr Blanchette has competed and placed in Top 5 in both the Northern Cal and Southern Cal Men's Physique Competitions having always focused on building and maintaining a body built to last and survive whatever life throws at you. Having a thorough knowledge of nutrition, mobility and corrective exercise as well as building overall strength.
He provides a wide range of soft tissue treatments from being certified in ART, Fascial Manipulation and Postural Restoration Institute and RockTape to support recovery, mobility, and injury prevention. By combining the techniques of soft tissue work, IASTM, cupping, adjustments, and corrective exercise, Dr Blanchette's goal is to help you be at the top of your game and live your best life.
