1 Month Nutrition Jump Start




This is a short, but sweet option for those looking to get a jump start to their health and body composition, but don’t need a lot of accountability of fine-tuning. This includes:

a. Initial consultation (45 min): based on a comprehensive assessment, I will develop a customary plan, including individualized recommendations for lab testing, supplementation, lifestyle, nutrition, and meal ideas

b. 3 follow-ups sessions (25 min): we will review progress, problem-solve to overcome challenges, and modify plan as necessary
