Erin has a classical based teaching style that focuses on form and control, while making your body WORK. She teaches both our oldest (89 years old) and youngest (14 years old) client at our studio, showing her true versatlity as an instructor. She is known for enhancing all of her clients' strengths, while strenghtening and correcting their weaknesses.
Caitlin teaches a style that is challenging, but restorative, with focus on improving range of motion, eliminating pain, strengthening musculature, and downregulating the nervous system. Her approach to Pilates will have you hooked, and will help you to understand your body in a completley different light.
Cindy has a more athletic and contemporary Pilates background. She is a perfect fit for athletes looking to fine tune movements that will enhance their athetic performance, as well as beginners who need a good foundation and understanding about what Pilates is and how it can help their bodies.
Kim's passion for Pilates, mixed with her decades of working as a professional dancer, give her a true sense of what her clients need to help their bodies feel their best and be their strongest. She has a more athletic and contemporary approach to teaching, yet still finds a way to make it restorative for those who need a more gentle approach.
