CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?

Due to the nature of the office, it is always best to call and make an appointment if you can.  However, if there are openings in the schedule, we will be more than happy to see you same day.  I highly recommend calling for a same day appointment as walk-ins will be hard to accommodate.

WHAT IS AN "ENHANCED VISIT?"

I have created a "Enhanced visit" option for my patients because I have found that I get better results, and get patients better quicker when I have more time to work on them.  However, with the nature of the insurance industry, they do not pay for the extra time needed.  I have created the ability to double the appointment time for a small fee so that I can give you the option to extend your treatment without having to worry about fighting with the insurance company.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?

It is all dependant on your insurance coverage.  You can find out your coverage by calling your insurance company or looking up your benefits online.  You may also call the office and we will check your eligibility.

Remember that you may have a copay and/or deductible that you are responsible to pay during your visit.

Dr Chapman is currently "In-network" with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United and Kaiser.  If you contact me I can lookup your benefits and let you know the cost of your visit.
